1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
- You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Note: All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
1.2 Exclusions
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
1.3 Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@savonara.com with your order number and details of the items you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the process.
1.4 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
2. Refunds
Our store does not offer refunds or returns on items that are discounted or on sale.
2.1 Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your provider.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@redlabco.us with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
